Gerry De Veaux - Front of the Line (1996)

Singer/song writer /producer Gerry De Veaux recorded this classic song back in 1996. It was very popular in the early 2000s if you frequented 'propa modern' Soul rooms at Northern venues. If you are familiar with this one you will know why it was popular. And if not then be pleasantly surprised when you hear it. His cousin is the renown Lenny Kravitz who features on this track and in fact on the album from which this is taken: Back To You (1996). Kravitz plays guitar so listen out for his contribution. Great dance number that should continue being played and very probably still is.  (Click on the album pic to hear the song).

Japanese Released CD. Sony Records ‎– SRCS 8190

The album should still be available for not a lot of money from the likes of Amazon.co.uk who have links to Japanese retailers with stocks. One on my shelves already.
