Douye - Man Enough (2014)

Douye is a Nigerian born singer whose album So Much Love (2014) has been creating quite an impact on those who love their Soul with a smooth jazz flava.  Her voice has that smokey sultry soulful quality that is in the best traditions of both Jazz and Deep Soul. The songs on the the album are among some of the best I've heard for quite a while. Each track has its unique quality which Douye endows with with emotion that shines through. The track receiving the most attention has been Man Enough in which  she beg the question can the prospective man in her life cut it. Can he handle love with her through thick and thin. Or put  simply, is he up to the job of being her other half? (Official video below)
